Stibbe organises a webinar on the implications of the groundbreaking Schrems II decision which annulled the U.S. Privacy Shield and questioned the standard contractual clauses.

The webinar, which takes place on 29 October 2020 at 11:00 am, will elaborate on the remaining options for international personal data transfers outside of the E.U.

Are binding rules the recipe for success? Is there hope for a third U.S. Privacy Shield? How to avoid the international data transer rules in GDPR?

Stibbe's TMT department will address a broad variety of issues, as well as all your questions. We invite you to submit these in advance at bruwebinar@stibbe.com. The session will be conducted in English. Questions will be answered in Dutch, French or English, depending on the language of the questioner.
